Subject: Physical vs. logical size

Reproducible: Not applicable

During a check of a Domino server, I saw a difference between the logical size and the physical size of some databases.
Example: a mailfile with a logical size of 25 GByte shwos a physical size of 300 MByte. In OS (Windows Explorer) this particular file is also 25 GBytes).
I know about an issue for Domino 8.5.2FP3: Administrator > Files > Column Space used: thousands of %, for the databases which has a lower physical than logical size.
Is this the same bug?
